TAP | The Alchemist Protocol

A private mastery platform for high-agency men, built around structure, discipline, and daily practice. TAP brings together food, training, recovery, attention, regulation, and behavior in a framework designed to help people turn knowledge into consistent action.

From personal practice to a structured system

TAP brings together my experience in business, food, and product development with the discipline behind how I eat, train, and organize my life. The starting point was simple: knowing what to do does not always translate into doing it consistently, especially when work, travel, and daily demands take over.

I developed the concept around structure rather than motivation. The aim is to make disciplined habits practical and repeatable, with clear protocols, daily routines, and regular review.

Multiple entry points, one operating system

TAP is structured around several levels, with entry points suited to each person’s needs. The Executive Discipline Score assesses structure, condition, and personal command, helping identify the appropriate starting point. The twelve-week Transformation Lab provides a guided foundation, while the Protocol OS supports ongoing daily practice. The Alchemist Circle adds a more selective level of support and oversight within the broader model.

The Mastery OS is already built and active, accessible through a desktop dashboard and a mobile app. Each participant has a personalized blueprint, with daily habits, training, nutrition, supplements, and routines brought together in one place.

The app includes daily check-ins, progress tracking, weekly reviews, and an extensive library of habits, practices, food, supplements, movement, recovery, and supporting tools. It connects what to do with how to do it, helping turn the framework into daily practice.

A separate, connected operator platform supports onboarding, program setup, progress reviews, follow-up, and adjustments to each person’s blueprint. The backend is built to support multiple operators, providing a foundation to scale through different membership levels and a structured operator-training program.

Developing the business and the platform with AI

My work has covered the concept, positioning, brand identity, business model, and development of the operating system, personal app, and operator platform.

AI has been central throughout, from research and strategic planning to branding, content, interface design, software development, and automation. With no prior coding experience, I used AI to help me write code and build the software behind the platform. I translated the method into connected tools and workflows, including assessments, personalized programs, daily tracking, knowledge libraries, and operator controls, then tested and refined how those parts work together.

That work also covered the full participant journey, connecting the Executive Discipline Score and emailed results with onboarding, call scheduling, weekly follow-ups, check-in reports, and reminders. The aim was to build a complete operating system around the experience, with the client and operator sides working together.

TAP is a practical example of combining my business and product-development experience with artificial intelligence to turn a concept into a working system more efficiently and with fewer resources.

I have been testing the app for months, alongside a small pilot group using the platform. Their feedback and my own daily use continue to shape its development, refining the framework and tools ahead of a broader launch. The longer-term ambition is to build an ongoing platform for mastery through discipline.
