Finding the product opportunity
A partner approached me to help him develop an Amazon FBA side business. I joined as a product-development and sourcing consultant, under an agreement combining fixed consulting fees with royalties on sales.
My task was to identify products with strong sales on Amazon and find ways to improve their design, functionality, and overall value.
From opportunity to production
My work covered product research and development, design, prototyping, supplier sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, and branding. I sourced suppliers and helped organize production, working within Amazon’s product and listing requirements.
Antomilio brought together product development and commercial thinking: researching demand, improving products, and organizing sourcing and production for sale through FBA.
